As a Respect, Inc. client, you are extremely important to us. You can rely on us for unmatched pricing on all Inscape Publishing products and for outstanding service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and your relationship as our valued client. If you find a lower price for an item, please bring it to our attention and we will beat it.

Respect, Inc.'s business hours are 9 AM - 5 PM, EST or EDT, Monday through Friday Except Holidays.

Respect, Inc. ships orders for physical products the Next Day for orders received before 5PM, EST or EDT. We use UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. If air express service is necessary, you can designate it when you place your order and we will respond accordingly. We use FedEx as our air express carrier. Please remember that we can only ship to P.O. box numbers via USPS.

We fill orders for Epic online products the Same Day if the order is received by 3PM, EST or EDT. If you need emergency service, please call us at 302-235-8624. There are no refunds, credits or replacements for Epic online products.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, unless we have shipped the incorrect product. If we have shipped incorrectly, we will ship the correct product and accept return of the incorrect product at no additional shipping cost to our client.
